It comes with all features in-the-box but it can be configured in three different levels according to user needs. It also allows configuration of user level access.

Database Driven Engine

Rather than using a conventional database field to store dynamically assigned content in the database, Orbitix creates a Customer Knowledge Field in the database that acts like a container within the customer record. This provides your precious data with an unlimited and dynamically created number of knowledge fields within your database.

Data Dictionary Definition

All information about a customer or prospect is stored in Customer Knowledge Fields or User Defined Fields. Using the Data Dictionary Tool users can customize the Orbitix tables to store any type of information.

This is a gradual approach of collecting information about your visitors (and e-mail recipients) in little bits, over time.

Visual E-mail Composer (WYSIWIG)

This uses graphics, pictures, colors and all HTML formatting possibilities to create powerful e-mail messages for your direct e-mail marketing campaigns.

Auto-sensing HTML/TEXT

Our unique HTML sensor allows you to deliver HTML e-mail even to recipients that do not have an HTML e-mail client. Multi-Part message composing allows sending Auto-sensing HTML/TEXT messages.

Personalize your message copy with name, address, preferences and/or any other fields in the audience database.

Conditional Content

It allows entire paragraphs or sections, including graphics, to be included in the e-mail for recipients that fit specific profile and interest patterns.

Track External Links

Track clicks on links to your web site and any other location on the web. For easier integration with e-Commerce systems the links can also pass parameters.

Optin/Optout Manager

With one click you can add a "remove me" link into your e-mail. Whether your recipients click on the remove me link or click on the reply-to button, the database will be automatically updated whenever customers request to be removed from the list.

Advanced Bounced Manager

This handles large volumes of bounced e-mails. It can sort users unknown, mailbox full, out-of-the-office, vacation, subscribe/unsubscribe requests and several other bounce types. It allows auto-reply with personalized content following business logic.

X-Header Insertion for Bounce Control

Insert in each e-mail sent an X-Header filed that contains all subscriber information to allow a better bounce back management.

Audience Segmentation

This easily builds complex rules to manage a campaign. Define high-performance segmentation and counts using data directly from your e-mail marketing database.

Query Builder

Define any selection condition/criteria to segment your database. You can use complex logic, combining ANDs and ORs. Narrow your selection by using previous campaign responses. Order the data and group the data generating powerful summaries with accumulated percentage counts to have a complete control. Export your data, and delete individuals or groups. You may also modify fields for individuals or entire groups.

Detailed Activity Report

All information that Orbitix collects about your customers and prospects is available to you in a variety of reports and data downloads. Orbitix makes it easy to exchange information with other programs such as MS-Excel.

Import Data from other sources

Orbitix's Legacy Data Upload allows you to import data collected from other corporate information systems. Any company information can be easily stored into the system to be used in campaigns. The Offsite Registration system makes it easy to setup visitor registration systems for call centers, sales administrators, etc.

Export Data

In conjunction with the Query Builder, you have virtually limitless access to your data. You can create CSV, TXT, XML and ZIP files.
